VIRTUAL WORKOUTS

All CG Trainers will be using the ZOOM virtual platform. Accountability, motivation and an AMAZING community will be at your fingertips from the comfort of your own home.
Download Zoom to your Computer/Laptop, Phone or Tablet to use for Virtual Workouts 

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Space to move...outside, garage, parking lot, etc.

Exercise Mat

Dumbbells

Towel

Water

Other Equipment may be recommended for the workout based on the trainer. Examples could be Plyo Box, Bench, Sturdy Chair or Step Stool.
Jump Ropes, Small Ankle Resistance Bands, Pull Up Bar or even Barbell if you have access to this

USE YOUR PHONE OR TABLET

  • You must check-in using the CG App

  • Zoom links for Times will be listed in the CG App

  • GO HERE to get help finding a Time & Trainer for your workout.

  • You can to check-in 10 minutes early before the workout starts.

  • Please try not to be anymore that 5 minutes late to the workout or you will miss the warm up and possibly the workout explanation. We have workouts that start every 15 minutes so you can catch one that starts next!

*If for any reason the app is not allowing you to check in or join a live workout then I first recommend to log out and log back in. Second delete the app and re-install
